We ship 6 days per week via the Post Office which is closed Sundays. The post office is also closed on all Federal Holidays.
Our cutoff time for same-day shipping is 9am PST. Orders placed after 9am go out the next business day.
No returns accepted but refunds given in rare times of extreme dissatisfaction on small orders. 99% of all people like our product but please test it first before committing to a big order as we will not refund large orders.
